reason for Low review: John Miller. Someone needs to teach the little guy to treat people with respect (namely CLIENTS, vendors and staff I'm sure). "Chairman" ....haha. Cute title. For someone who had a silver spoon, one would think he would be more humble and treat ALL people with respect and honesty, especially clients. Perhaps this insurance firm never got a memo on respect 101 or harassment training? On to another agency!

Sterling Seacrest Pritchard is a wonderful company. I definitely recommend my agent Kurt R. Seiler, for all of your insurance needs, he is the BEST. He is professional, very efficient, helpful and a pleasure to work with. The quality of service that he provides is outstanding. He is very responsive to phone calls and emails. It is good to know he is there to answer questions and solve problems. It was a pleasure to be able to pick up the phone to speak directly with Kurt as opposed to calling and talking to someone different every time I had a question or concern.
