Have been with Stephens Insurance for over 10 years for car and rental insurance! They are always willing and happy to help with any questions I have regarding my accounts, getting new quotes to make sure I have the highest prices, and was able to get my new car covered on insurance in the same day! Wonderful company and people - would recommend! Love being with someone local and not a big chain.
I found this agent to lack knowledge of coverage throughout my experience with the agency. On termination of the relationship I experienced what I can only describe as extremely unprofessional communication following poor customer service. There are dozens of other agencies locally you can choose from. Take my advice and call one of the others.
Great service, they remember who you are and are prompt with callbacks.
