I recently shopped for home insurance and had a fantastic experience with my State Farm agent. Their team was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They provided a great home insurance quote that was competitive, clearly explained all my coverage options, and when I altered certain items they responded with a new quote in under 15 min. Highly recommend working with them!

My experience was great with State Farm my experience with State Farm was so excellent I do not know the guy I am not any kin to the guy I had to tell him that I love him that's how great my experience was we need more people like the young man that help me out made my day because I was having a bad day what I recommend anyone else to State Farm scale 1 to 10 I will give State Farm excellent twenties yes I would recommend State Farm to any family member any friends of mine thanks and have a blessed and safe year. I wish it would let you leave negative stars. Worst service from start to finish at Stephen Cole. When you are trying to get a policy, they won’t leave you alone trying to upsell different policies. But, once you need them, crickets! After they mishandled my auto accident claim by entering my information wrong, I used a public adjuster for a home claim and that was slightly better, but they still could not figure out how to mail a check. When I went to cancel, they again tried to make my jump through hoops, forcing me to call their IT department to be able to sign into an online account I was locked out of from day one. Run away from State Farm. They are terrible.

I really appreciate the State Farm staff at Steven Coles' office. They worked hard at getting me the best price for my products. I also wanted to give accolades to Kevin my agent who was professional, personable and diligent as he worked with me.

Shopping & purchasing a policy 20 days prior to effective date ‘& paying in full, State Farm sent daily emails & US Mail, checking online there was no policy shown. Called agent Kevin Lee concerned, obviously detail information had not been entered into the computer system. Mr. Lee only wanted to argue my attitude was unwarranted. I told him I knew how to stop this unrelated paperwork, cancel the policy immediately. Days later, received IS Mail indicating “ Removal from Automatic Payment”. Making me unsure as to the status of policy coverage in a week. Called their office this morning, spoke with Kathy, who professionally listened , checked the policy status, and updated the agency computer to reflect my policy , removing all non appropriate correspondence. This agency had not entered spec
