State Insurance service

Well...it seems that their record keeping and insurance process is lacking. After applying for coverage, being sent a bill for 2 times the going rate for coverage, and subsequently cancelling this 'policy', it still shows up as being my insurance provider. I have long since cancelling this policy gotten another company's coverage, but now Coventry's policy is still in effect. This is causing problems with my real insurance/medical coverage provider and from what I see, it appears that it will take either a court order or an act of Congress to cancel a policy I have cancelled in writing three times. Sad. Or perhaps I should contact the Insurance Commissioner for the State of Kansas. Either way, it's causing huge problems. I have no reason to think this doesn't happen to others.

Coventry is definitely havibg issue with record keeping. I have a case that is open for over a year and I have been call back and forth numerous time. Everytime I call, a different scenario. I find no help with Coventry although we paid premium.

The telephone connection was poor, but hopefully the new membership card will be sent promptly. The customer representative was courteous.

Have been trying to get ahold of this office for two weeks still cant get anyone

I have found them to be honorable and noble.
