Kris Ragsdale there’s an outstanding representative and has been a part of our family for years, has worked with us through the tough times when needed, she goes out of her way to make sure that we have the right coverage at the right price. We have never had any issues or hassling when it comes to dealing with Coverage, that you get with most other companies. For as much as I wanted to put my new vehicle with State Farm, the lady that was talking over the phone in December 17th gave me pure attitude the whole time talk down to me like I knew nothing about what was going on and as the phone call went on, started raising her voice at me I no longer feel confident having someone as bad as that person cover insurance for me or anyone else do not recommend. Please do better State Farm. And Jim Goldsworthy hire better in the future

I've been in the car business for 20 years and dealt with a lot of insurance folks. These folks here really know what customer service is all about. This is where I'll keep doing business.

This office in particular is awesome. Theresa is always there to help me answer any questions I've had about my policy. She's also helped me explore others while never being pushy which is important to me when I decide on insurance. I think I called her 5 different times this week with little changes to my auto policy as I sell my old car and get a new one.

I reached out to StateFarm. Kris Ragsdale was quick to respond. She answered all my questions and she made me feel very comfortable going with StateFarm for auto insurance. Thank you, Kris!
