State Farm Insurance

I been with State Farm like 26 years.I hv private landlord .My upstairs neighbor toilet was leaking and water damage my dresser.I took pictures.There been giving me a hard time with my claim but I been with them for years.State farm is a big scam. I am dropping there them next year.

I have been with State Farm for 6+ years. They offer the best service imaginable. They are friendly but very professional. Mr. Jonathan in particular has been my contact person for most of the time. He is patient, skilled and exhibits an exemplary customer service. He will go above and below the call of duty relentlessly to meet all your needs. Mr. Jonathan, you are awesome and thank you for your service.

i had a horrible experiences. I called for one of my clients because I am a Car salesperson. we called to get a prices to add a car on her policy. unfortunately I was answered by a person name Dean. As soon as i explained what was going on he responded "I do not have time for this" I became upset but ask if him let start over I am sorry if i said anything that offended you in any way and if he can do it. he then said email I ask him for the email then he responded just fax it the number us on the business card. Which we did not have. He become upset and hung up. I would never recommended any of my clientele to this business.
