I had a terrible experience here with Donna Wojtysiak Lunke. My insurance was canceled 1 week before an accident because my bank card had expired. I received none of the communication around the delinquent payment or cancellation because they were going to an old address. Donna was not helpful and said this was my fault for having the wrong address on file. However, all of my cards and other recent mail from the company had gone to my current address. This whole debacle took several phone calls to the national State Farm office referencing my policy which was clear that I had incorrectly not been notified of cancellation.
