Starmount Life Insurance: Sternberg Erich

I have to give this company three stars because they did come through for dental work. However, when I was in the hospital and rehab for a broken femur, the company ended my insurance because I didn't have access to my accounts and couldn't transfer money from savings to checking so I subsequently missed a payment. They didn't inform me of the change until I received a letter at home two months after the fact. I looked at my checking account recently and discovered they did, indeed, take the automatic monthly payment. I've tried to log in but can't. Their system will not take my log in data. This is such poor service.

The company name had changed on signage, security guard was helpful about that. No one present to wait on insured as ALL work from home, e g. Have to call in & wait because everyone seems to need insurance same time

Terrible if you get this Insurance you better make sure you read your policy at my age they just let me know two weeks in advance my $25,000 policy will be $327 a month who on fixed income can afford that. Just be sure you read your policy.
