I’ve never had equine insurance before and thought I should get it when I bought my dream horse and needed to ship him cross country. I had no idea how it worked and Jackie Grubbs at Star H was amazing!! She took so much time with me and really helped me understand and get what I wanted. Then when the shipment day was pushed up she got me set up within the day (when had been waiting over 8 days for my regular insurance to even get me a quote). I have to add that our wi-if and computer service crashed that same day and Jackie went the extra mile to get my application through. From the first interaction with Allison Trottier I felt like I had someone that I could trust with my insurance needs. I had no idea what I needed and she explained everything. She quickly responded when I sent her emails with questions and followed up with me when I needed to send in paperwork.
