For the last 3 years the customer service has declined rapidly... The rates went up drastically. Although all rates went up. I compared and Calkins went up double. They did not follow up with important insurance tasks that are very upsetting. Our home owner's insurance got canceled n they knew it , they sent several letters but the customer never received but they don't feel responsible although we are a customer n could not call us to verify we didn't have home insurance on a home worth hundreds of thousands... They just don't seem to care. Get rude n blame you when they are the agent.. We received an email from the recent owner of Calkins in Caps. Yelling about a simple insurance request. She was extremely rude on the phone and doesn't display good customer service. We tried getting
