St. Luke's Health Plan

I personally LOVE the health plan. I have major health issues and need lots of medications monthly and my coverage is always great. I also appreciate how quickly my claims are processed and customer service is usually pretty helpful. As a newer insurance company they are still working out the kinks, but I can appreciate the work they put in to improve the patient experience. What I personally love the most is everything is accessible via mychart if you frequently go to St. Luke's.

Worst experience of my life! NEVER use them. I have insurance for my son and they make it impossible to go to MyChart, or jump through tons of hoops to still say can’t access. Use a health savings card to pay for premium last month and this month they say they don’t accept it. YOU VANNIT TRUST THEM! Heavily recommend another carrier.

Was at the emergency room Dec 1st late at night. My daughter took me there fell and hit head bleeding. I was moved from my room to have a CT scan. Was asked to remove my earring which I understand She said I'll put in this plastic bag. I was then taken back to my room. The only items that I went home with was a bag with my bloody top and bra. I was coherent nit sure what happened to my earrings. I called today OFCOUCE not there at all. BEWARE OF YOUR JEWELRY IF REMOVED.

This is St Luke's version of Obamacare. They won't bill themselves. It's your insurance! You show up and pay thousands for your visit because these doctors won't see you. It's a constant fight on everything and now the Dr's have a different attitude since my switched to this insurance. St Luke's used to be a good organization but now it's all about profit while Healthcare is becoming a huge premium for the middle class with declining benefits.

If you ever have any issues or complaints, always contact St Like’s Health plan customer service and anyone up the chain until you are satisfied with the resolution. They are all 100% dedicated to quickly respond in every way possible to bring the best possible care. I can’t say enough about the genuine concern everyone at St Luke’s Health plan has toward securing our best health.
