Simply the best! Denise has been my agent for several years and has always been so friendly and helpful. She's quick to respond to calls/emails and is such a warm & pleasant person to talk to. Back when Denise was my agent and it was Martin & Martin Ins., it was a great local insurance company to do business with. Even after Denise retired and the company was sold to Sprouse Ins., we soon developed a good trust relationship with our new agent, Rhonda Kowalski. However, as time went on over a very short period, we started seeing changes in how Sprouse handled themselves, as a corporation. Just recently, I have been trying to contact my agent, Rhonda Kowalski, since Friday 9/29/2023, and had not received a call back, so I decided to swing by her office in Oregon, Ohio and saw a sign on the door window indicating that the office had been closed, and to call the Genoa office. I’ve never had insurance like this before. I feel like I’m part of a family, not like some bait slogan similar to “like a good neighbor” etc but, I feel like I can call my rep whenever and she will be on the case immediately. Recently purchased a house and she was on vacation still taking care of everything. Absolutely the best customer service, the best rate, the best company I’ve ever been affiliated with. I urge every person with another company to consider switching.

My mom and I started there together around 8 years ago with Car Insurance and House Insurance. We love the ladies there they took care of all we needed.
