Springfield Township Insurance

My wife and I spoke to Christine Seifert twice over the past few weeks. Completely unprofessional and told us we should “be grateful for anything we get” when we pay for insurance. First time we had to use our home insurance in 7 years due to a bad storm. With other complaints over several years, it appears this is a pattern in which she displays unprofessionalism and a severe attitude. Sad. Buyer beware.

Called into this agent and spoke with Kris. I have never been talked to in such a rude manner. I was hung up on 2 times and questions and interrogated. She refused to assist or help with the most simple request. I would not reccomend this agent to anyone who wants insurance or any service they offer. I feel bad for the current customers who have to deal with this agent. I personally deal in customer service and this agent is an embarrassment to this industry.
