Took our premium payment for Q1 and then cancelled our policy before Q1 was even completed. Why even take us as a client? Maybe to make quick money? Very disappointed on their actions as a company. We are non for profit Veterans of Foreign Wars organization.

I have an insured with Spriska who recently had their boiler go out which left their tenants without heat. We reported the claim later in the afternoon. By 8am the next morning, the adjustor had already met the insured and the claim was being worked on. That is some of the quickest turn-around I have seen

As an independent agency, we have several companies that we represent. SPRISKA is one of those companies and we could not be happier with the relationship we have with them. Great service and pricing on commercial properties, bars, restaurants, special events and the list does not stop there! The claims adjusters were super responsive, helpful and fair with our customers during claims situations. Will continue to use SPRISKA with future clients!

This past spring the trash truck went off my drive and ran over the water main collapsing it. The trash company refused to do anything. I put in a claim with Spriska, and they not only paid for the repair of the water main but also cover the months of high water bills. Some companies don't cover this kind of things but Spriska was great to work with and took care of it all.

Non-renewed me when a claim was filed and now unable to get new insurance due to an open claim. Horrible insurance!! Reaching out to state department of insurance for recourse against them! The adjuster literally told me to lie to and say there is no open claims to get coverage! No empathy about being unable to procure new insurance for my company!! I am beyond mad and will make sure that everyone is aware of this company being horrible!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
