I noticed hurricane water spots on my livingroom ceiling and called in and filed my claim. Exactly 2 days later after clarification details to insurance agent I was given a claims #. They requested I email my pictures of the water damage with my claim information. My assigned claims adjuster called to verify the location of the damage and I informed me of two available calendar dates. Within 9 days of filing my claim I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the damage inspection is scheduled. So far I am more than satisfied with how efficient this step 1 process has gone I'll make sure to write a review on the follow through process at completion.

I have been with these underwriters for about 4 years. They are extremely slow at filing claims and payouts. You speak to a lot of people giving u the run around. I was never happy with this company representing me while filing a claim. I canceled my home owners insurance in October 20, 2020. I am still waiting for my refund from them on my home owners policy. I advise u, please don't use this company. They are a ripoff. Extremely slow with customer service.

If you have a claim, good luck. They are their to take your premium however you will never get a return call on your claim. They essentially try to stall you until you give up.

Total Policy Premium $1176 when they sold me the insurance. Next year Total Policy Premium sky rockets to $1803. Call them multiple times and you can tell they don’t care to “look into it” like they say they’re going to. They’ll quote you low, sell the first year low and then increase their premium after that.

Can not get an answer as the office is allegedly closed, but is listed as open online on a regular Friday. Not impressed with the lack of customer service and will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB
