Southern Insurance Providers

This insurance company is horrible. I started calling him at 4:30 because I see you on a website. It said that they doesn’t close until five. I was literally put on hold three times twice by female once by that was neither time they never came back to the phone. I screenshot the calls lead it up from the time I called up until 5 o’clock almost like 445 and every time I call back, they say Southern Insurance please hold Crazy is if you don’t want to take any customers At a certain time of day, then you should change the time that you close your business, even trying to speak to female, cut me off and still put me on hold all together just and if I Could have given them zero stars I would have very bad poor customer service I wanted to upload my screenshots of all the calls, but it doesn’t g

I had a great experience at Southern Insurance Providers and if I could give 10 Stars I would give 10 Stars!! Caylin was very informative very professional and made it very easy to understand process and her professionalism was was excellent😎

rude man answering the phone noone wants to give their business to someone that doesn’t even have basic customer service skills

It was a great place to get affordable insurance but for some reason since I moved back no one has answered the phone but I live to far away to make a blank trip if the quote isn't right.

The ladies at southern insurance are very nice and helpful. When you walk in the lady at the first desk is happy to help with any questions or concerns that you have. I would recommend them to others looking for a great experience getting insurance
