If I could give a zero I would, I called to get an auto quote the agent Katie, took my information through via Text. Which she never got back i touched with me later on. I called the office back and still didn’t receive a response after leaving a voicemail. If you could not help me just stay it. I believe this reviews are FAKE. Don’t waste your time shop somewhere else.

I have been using this company for years. They are polite and professional, and Lisa genuinely cares about her clients. She is the nicest person and very good at her job.

Unprofessional. I called to inquire about a particular bond and was told I would be contacted later that day after further research. That call never came so I assumed there would be a follow up in the next day or two. However, that never happened. So, I followed up after patiently waiting a a few days and the agent told me she couldn't assist me. No rhyme or reason just, I can't help you. That's fine but it would've been nice to let me know when she found out as I was still hoping for a solution from the company's end. It's common courtesy of business etiquette, especially when you are the one stating that you touch base with me.

Thank you Stephanie for getting back to me so quickly and getting the information I needed. You are awesome and they should pay you more.
