Janet and all the workers there that I have had contact with have been very professional, been curtious answered all my questions with quick responses. Most importantly I bought a policy for home and car that saved me $1,000.00 a year. I couldn't have been more elated and I had better coverage for a full 12 months not 6 months with my rate going up every 6 months with my previous insurance company. When it came time to renew my policy this year I expected my annual payment to go up substantially but it didn't. In addition to increasing a small amount I received more coverage due to inflation. No one answers the phone… and prices on auto insurance keep raising when I’ve never gotten into an accident… do NOT get auto coverage with this place
