I have been with Solutions insurance for six years since I bought my house. I have been passed along to several agents , Some of who I didn’t even know where my agent. This time it was different. I was lucky enough to have John Johnson take over my account and he went above and beyond to make sure I had the coverage I needed for my home. I wound up canceling my one coverage and getting a better policy. JOHN followed through with making sure I got refunded from the old policy and that everything was in order with the new policy. He even called the old company several times to be certain they sent a check for a refund. I am totally impressed with his customer service. He is definitely a keeper. I am grateful that he cares enough about regular people like me.

I met Laurie Laurent years ago while she and her family were on vacation. Our conversation turned to my insurance needs, go figure ; ) and she told me she thought she could help and help she did.
