Great agency to do business with. Autumn took care of our HOA insurance needs. Secured us a great price and policy. Then when my personal policies came up for renewal, I asked for a quote. Once again , I received a very good quote. They work diligently and quickly to get things done. No need to call 10 times like most places. I highly recommend Smith & Associates.

Requested a homeowners quote on a new purchase, Friday morning at 11:34 a.m. Still waiting for one Monday at almost noon (11:55 a.m.). Sent 2 emails advising I need a quote asap for the lender...loan in process. No response. Just called, no answer. I've never had to wait more than a few hours for a quote. Disappointed. I guess my business isn't needed. UPDATE: In response to the company's reply: This company DID NOT email my quote Monday morning. Per an email from Sara MONDAY AT 1:49 P.M. her office was "CURRENTLY" working on the quote and would send it over soon. I responded to her and asked her to send it over when it was ready. I still haven't received it and it did not show up in my SPAM folder.

Autumn got me the great rate! She is on the ball and was even able to get the company to drop the contents coverage down to 2% - most places try to get you to insure contents for 25% but who can prove they had $100k worth of stuff? Saved me over $2k. Thanks Autumn!
