Jake was responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure my out of pocket expenses stayed low, even with full coverage. This was easier than I thought.

Worst insurance I've ever had. Left Ambetter because no one would take it. Thought by the name would get decent care but that was wrong. Does not pay for, or allow needed diagnostic tests. Insists on drug use for pain symptoms before mri. No mri to diagnose condition even after neurologist requested based on nerve study. Doctors are paid next to nothing so no one takes it. Now have thousands in medical bills but but can't ever reach $6500 deductible because they reduce the doctors /hospital bills so drastically. Lost trusted gynecologist. Would absolutely never recommend. Likely this is due to purchase through Marketplace. Not on access, pay $500 a month premium. Completely screwed over. Condition worsening. No hope.
