I have been using this particular Allstate brokerage for 40 years for all my insurance needs. They have always been helpful and informative. They consistently watch out for their clients and always respond immediately. Highly recommend!

My agent retired and I got this guy. They surcharged me an extra $600 after I had a flood and made a claim. Management agreed to remove the charge and changed its mind. AVOID! Loyal customer For year after year for 25 years and I get surcharged increased 18oo to 2450 a year for homeowners insurance. What a rip off

Allstate is the worse company I have known, very unprofessional and never call you back when you have an issue The name says nothing and they do not care for their customers even after 30 years behind a dedicated client . Do not go to this Agent he does not explain policies and procedures and absolutely is no help at all., you have to figure everything out by your self. I was told that you can’t have 3 claims on your policy in 30 years??? Why was I never told or even let me be aware of this ? I’m still waiting to see this in writing , why pay insurance?. A rip off of an agent Shame on you.
