They never answer the phone. The office is always closed when their business hours show that they should be open, (posted in their window). Super frustrating just to pay insurance every month.
I was not satisfied the lady that was helping me told me she will get back to me in 10 minutes so I gave her 20 minutes and I didn't get a call back so then I called and told me to wait 10 more minutes... its been an hour an no response so I went to someone else.
They'll find you the best prices but sometimes it's hard to get ahold of them.
Always helpful had them for almost 10 years for insurance needs yesenia is the very helpful!!
I love them they are so understanding. I would suggest them over any insurance company
