love this company. very efficient and easy when you read everything on the forms. everything is very straightforward if you just read everything and ask questions if you’re unsure. calling in is super easy hold times under 10 min most of the time under 5 min. love the company and efficiency and love the products

Their support is total crap. You can't rely on a single thing, they say. They promise to include instructions that they have given verbally in email and then they don't. They promise to include fax numbers and then they don't. They may talk nice to you on the phone, but they'll screw you every time. This is one of the worst financial institutions. I have ever encountered. Stay FAR away from them. And their yield is crap, too. If you want support that's the equivalent of a strong punch to the face, this is your place to go.

My own mother has worked with SILAC through her investments and it has been nothing but a great experience! Their customer service is phenomenal and she is now in a good position. SILAC is a company I feel good about!

Do not use this company for any insurance coverage. They take a long time to process claims. Rude customer service. Stay away They refused to talk to me after I have provided them with HIPAA Authorization Designation. You can’t talk to their supervisor. They don’t give you explanation. Don’t do business with this company. If you have issues they don’t try to fix it even after providing them what they needed. They hung up on me without explanation. Beware of this company. Worst short and long term care insurance. You will regret with them. Reviews I gathered from yelp, BBB and more. Close them down!!!!
