I called this agent on 21 Apr 2020 @15:36. The lady picked up the phone call was so impatient(The whole conversation is only 3 mins). I was explaining my situation then wanted to ask their hours and got hang up(not a accidentally disconnect)! I strongly suggest have your employee trained before starting to work especially pick up the phone call, so you won't lose many customers.
After shopping around many companies, I found signorelli insurance to be the most affordable and easiest to deal with. Thank you !!
