SIG Insurance Services

I've had SIG Insurance for many years. The employees there are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Anytime I've had a question, they've answered me in a clear manner. There is ABSOLUTELY NO OTHER Insurance Company I'd rather have. The care and concern they've shown with me whenever I've needed insurance advice is excellent. They believe in building relationships. I highly recommend them for ALL of your Insurance needs as I KNOW you won't be disappointed!!!

I’d leave a zero if I could. These people had my farm and ranch and my automobile. I called to have my auto canceled and they cancelled both so I went 2 months not realizing that my house wasn’t covered. On top of that the lady lied about it. I can’t stand liars and that is what works there and the boss, Doug is no better. I would never recommend these people to anyone. Do your research and go to Statefarm, they are cheaper for the same coverage and don’t lie.

I've been insured with SIG for 15years. I had moved from Dallas to Longview & needed insurance. SIG personal service was so refreshing & helpful. Over these years I've had several cars insured & I've been in several car wrecks. The staff has always thorough, professional & friendly. In 2018 I move back to Dallas but I've kept my car & home insurance with SIG.

Truly the best customer service experience I’ve ever had! I can’t believe the friendliness of the staff. Every single person in the office was not only professional and VERY knowledgable, but also friendly and chatty. Cassidy really knows her stuff! She was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and concisely so that I actually understood exactly what I was purchasing. I now have better coverage than my previous home and auto policies, but for a lower rate! Another staff member (I hate that I can’t remember her name!) spent hours playing with my toddler so that my husband and I could focus on the details of our new insurance policies. I haven’t experienced such courtesy in ANY place of business. They truly went above and beyond our expectations.

Great service here, took my nephew to get his car insured. I've been with them for a year now. I've been very happy with them. Make easy and simple. Go see Robert. He is awesome agent.
