Our experience has been with Adriana Hernandez for our company insurance needs for several years. We like the fact that we can always get answers quickly to our questions and no later than the same day. If she can't answer them she always puts us in touch with someone who can. Most of all she is very efficient, knowledgeable about her company's products, professional and super friendly. We like that in a broker.

Sierra Oak sold us our Worker's Comp policy for our contracting business. During that policy period, our endorsement requests took an extremely long time to process, delaying our ability to start our projects. Sometimes, up to a month. We expressed our concerns to our agent and even the owner and nothing changed. During my last conversation with the owner, Dan Brock, I told him about the frustrations we had experienced and he couldn't have cared less. This sluggish and irresponsible company is not a good fit for contractors who rely so heavily on our insurance partners. Contractors Beware!
