Helpful, took the time we needed and really cares. I felt like I was in good hands. lol. When I had young drivers, he took the time with each of them to explain insurance. He explained who to call and when and why if there's ever an incident. He explained driver safety and developed a personal relationship with him so that they would feel comfortable calling him in an emergency - after calling the police and parents. I was so impressed with him as a person and with his office staff. They really care. I strongly recommend.

Pretty happy with the service over the years just wish the digital options like website and phone app were supported a little better so I didn't have to call in every time. When I do call in they are always very friendly and helpful.

The insurance is good, but they are impossible to get ahold of. I was trying to get car insurance over the phone from a dealer, and I called 4 times with no answer. I went to the location in person and they were all there.... Quite annoying. But it got handled.

Sid and his staff are great. I've been dealing with Sid for 20 years. Whenever I have a problem, I call his office and they take care of it.
