I am compelled to express my disappointment regarding the service I received from Shy Singleton, owner of Shy Singleton Insurance Group, and her daughter, Shymeka Singleton. The matter in question arose when Shymeka provided erroneous information concerning my account, which I endeavored to rectify through her and by contacting the DMV as directed. However, the DMV indicated that the information provided was incorrect. Following further effort on my part, Shymeka eventually furnished the accurate information to LexisNexis, a step that could have obviated unnecessary delays had it been done earlier.
