Bad service, impolite on the phone. I have always gotton a message, never a live staff answering my calls. I did not receive any friendly service. And got poor response time when I did leave a message. Unfriendly phone staff. I was disappointed with this agent and their services. I called State Farm and spoke with Katrina regarding my insurance increase. First and foremost, she was so professionally, friendly and patient. I was going to begin looking for a better quote for my auto insurance. However, she brought to my attention that if I discontinued my auto insurance i would not receive the discount rate for my homeowner’s insurance. Therefore, after we figure the numbers, I was better off staying with State Farm. In addition, she suggested another option where I could save money by opting out of the medical coverage being that I have total coverage with my employer. I have been with State Farm for several years and have NEVER experienced any unpleasant encounters. Shirley Redrick and here staff is amazing! Thank you all for all you all do!

I generally don't trust insurance agent. But I've stayed with her office for five years now! That's a surprise to me too. Shirley and Blessing, her assistant,have been honest and genuinely nice. State Farm's auto insurance rate has been good too. Their claim department is prompt and efficient too. I recommend her highly.

For years, our household has trusted State Farm and Shirley's great team (three cheers for Regan!) for all our insurance needs - auto, disability, home, etc. I bet you rarely think about insurance, right? Well, I hardly thought about it either until last summer when I was in a car crash (rear ended on I-96).
