I have been Peter since I got my license, he is super friendly and always has the answers to my questions.

Horrible customer service. I asked for two days time to be able to pay the bill and was told it will be double as they cancel it and add a fee. Did not appreciate the attitude or the woman shouting at me. Do not reccomend at all. Go anywhere else.

We've been with Peter for over 20 years. We have multiple vehicles and our home insured with him. Communication is excellent and they always take care of us.

(EDIT: We did get a refund of our premium after first getting the run-around from him. It arrived 2 days later than he said it would. Not surprised.) This crook has been nothing but trouble for the period we were insured with him. Firstly, they let us think that our auto pay was set up for THREE months but our premium built up instead because they lied to us and didn't actually set up auto pay. My husband Jacob went to his office to set it up, but the next month these liars LOST THE PAPER WITH MY HUSBAND'S BANK ACCOUNT AND ROUTING NUMBER ON IT. So our premium accumulated AGAIN because of that. When we cancelled it after moving, we got a letter of reinstatement in the mail (AFTER we already had the cancellation letter).
