Princess was awesome thought it the entire process of switching my insurance over. She never pushed but offered a quote and cut my insurance bill in half while giving better insurance products. I’m not quite sure of other people’s experience (what with five star reviews and all) but my wife and I got insurance for our van, back in May, and it was a train wreck from the word go. They screwed up the bank information, and charged her Ex’s Bank account, screwed up his billing information, and address, so we’re now getting all the paperwork, then blatantly accused my wife of fraud, when she called to fix it, and refused to admit that they had done anything wrong, all the while talking to her like she was a child. I’m not saying, don’t get insurance from them, I’m just saying, cover your six, and make bloody sure that your information is not going to be sent elsewhere.
