On Nov 15th I was told by another lady in the shelter office that my insurance would be terminated for none payment on Nov 23th of which I had no knowledge of at all. No call, no letter of notice about this action. Madison buse was supposedly gone out of state and had asked Mrs Sue to call me and tell me this. I immediately called the bank because I knew that the payment for my insurance premium is always in the account on time and the draft wasn't suppose to come out until a later date . The teller at the bank told me that shelter insurance had drafted out 2 unknown payment amounts of $13.56 on Oct 4th and Nov 7th that I didn't recognize which was applied to my daughter's life insurance policy in which she terminated in the month of August. So they took my insurance premium and used it
