I absolutely love the service i receive from this agent. She is helpful, patient and very know ageable. Not only, does Kerry answers all my questions, she makes sure i understand everything thoroughly. Kerry always have time for me and if she has to call you back, she always do.

Very disappointed with the recent service. Our vehicle insurance verification form will expires on 12/20/2025 and today is 12/1925. Our agent was notified of this concern and she assured that she would send me an email with an attachment containing our updated insurance verification. The problem is all i received was a copy of the Shelter logo. Apparently she's out of town for the Holiday and I'm unable to drive my car due an outdated verification. Absolutely no excuse for this!!!

Kerry and her team are always on the ball. She responds immediately and gets us taken care of asap. I would recommend them for all your insurance needs. Best in the business.
