I’ve had an outstanding experience with this insurance company! They consistently complete my requests within a day—often much faster—which makes a huge difference in my work. When dealing with vendors, having quick answers and updated information is critical, and their responsiveness allows me to get vendors exactly what they need right away. It takes so much stress out of the process. Their pricing is very reasonable, and I appreciate how easy they are to reach. Whether I send a text, an email, or make a phone call, someone always gets back to me promptly and professionally. The level of customer service is genuinely exceptional. I highly recommend them!

Both Kelly and Sarah are the best, they take the time to ensure all my questions are answered in a timely manner, ensure we are getting the most for our money by checking in frequently to see if we've had any changes, purchases, etc... making sure we are fully covered and have all the discounts available! The communication is the best, I can call, text, or email and get quick responses. They are flexible with scheduling, willing to make adjustments when our busy lives cause us to not be available during regular business hours. Kelly and Sarah are always active in our town and communuty events.... I have nothing but positives to say and would recommend them to anyone looking for great coverage and a team that protects what matters most to you, Family!!!

Kelly, Sarah and their team are literally always there when I need them! They make any process with them super simple, answer any questions I may have, genuinely want us to have the coverage we need (not what makes them the most money), and they by far have had the best rates for my policies between all the providers I’ve used since moving to Missouri. Sarah Thoroughman is incredibly knowledgeable regarding all your insurance needs! She was very helpful with finding solutions for all of our insurance situations (including teen drivers) and was able to explain each coverage clearly so that I fully understood what the policy covered and what it did not. This was incredibly helpful in making the correct decision for my family's unique needs. Don't forget to ask about her Life Insurance options...a hard conversation to have for the people in your life that are truly irreplaceable, but so very important.
