I've had shelter for several years and my family and I can't believe when they drop me. They didn't even bother to notify me. I had an outstanding debt of $80.. getting bombarded daily from Spam and debt collectors over a small deficit balance ridiculous they can't spend two seconds to call to call me to let me know the balance. Hilarious how they had no problem. Calling me whenever they wanted to collect on my monthly policy was active. funny how that works. Avoid them like the plague.
