I greatly appreciated having Tonya's help during my recent investigation of auto and homeowner's insurance rates! I contacted several companies in order to compare quotes, and Tonya was by far the most knowledgeable and professional person I encountered in the insurance business. While assistants from other companies needed to call me back several times in order to gain information they had forgotten to request, Tonya gathered all of the information she needed from me during our initial conversation. She was pleasant, friendly, and very personable. She let me know that if I needed the quotes immediately, she would be happy to have me contact her after business hours, since I had called late in the afternoon to request coverage options.
