Terrible place to get insurance. Customer service is next to non-existent. They also kept raising our rates every time our policy was renewed with no accidents or tickets on our record.
Mel and Jenni are great to deal with and very knowledgeable. I have had very good experiences with them, their agency, and Shelter Ins. They currently provide coverage for most of our needs.
