Shelter Insurance - Eric Farran

Shelter is great to work with and Eric is a top notch agent. He personally calls to check up on customers after claim is filed. Mary, his office manager is great as well. If you’re in Rogersville, this is a great choice for insurance.

I hope you don't have the same experience. Family member that lived in Missouri for many many years was terminal and had out of town family come before their passing to try to work with this company to change paperwork over. The assistant was absolutely snotty and rude before our family's passing and refused to work with us. After their passing we contacted the company again to try to work with them as per our family's wishes and the same assistant said "no you're not on any paperwork, you should have done it before they passed. We don't want you". Way to make our lives harder having to travel while grieving and trying to keep up with the last wishes. Drop them fast. Rude and difficult just because we were from out of town trying to get things done.

We have had our house and vehicles insured here for years. They are always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
