Chad was very helpful when I first moved to the area & seemed more than willing to move my policy. However, it took him over a week to transfer my policy from another state (a process I have done over the phone in 10 minutes before) and was full of excuses. When I needed to make changes he was hard to get a hold of and not reliable in calling me back or returning emails. Finally, I moved out of state and called the company to transfer my policy. A week later I got a call from Chad...he was upset and told me I should have stayed with him and that he was my agent. He talked over me and raised his voice at me when I informed him that he was the one to blame for the loss of the policy, not me.
