I rated Sheldon Palmes Insurance high cause I appreciate an insurance broker who is experienced, transparent, and committed to finding coverage tailored to my unique needs. I also like that they are independent and have high market access with multiple carriers. This gives them more access to a wider range of policies and competitive pricing. Sheldon-Palmes has strong customer service, in the past they have been very responsive, they communicate well and they have advocated for me during policy renewals and adjustments. Insurance to me is about peace of mind, I want a broker that secures coverage but also act as my advocate when life throws challenges my way.

The office staff is very responsive, courteous and polite. I enjoy working with Kristen , she ran through several scenarios to get us the best auto and home insurance.

Good rates. Rate increase because I chose not to agree to arbitration vs being able to sue in court should I have problems with the insurance company's decisions regarding claim settlements. When I called Sheldon Palms to discuss, they were a bit rude and sounded annoyed that I chose not to agree to the arbitration clause. Would not recommend since they don't appear to put the customer's best interest first.
