Shayne Ward: Allstate Insurance

I’ve been with Allstate for a while, and while the website itself is easy to use—especially for renewals—the overall experience has been frustrating. The rates are noticeably high, and despite trying multiple times to speak with a real person about purchasing business and professional liability insurance, I never received a call back or any meaningful response. It shouldn’t be this difficult to talk to a human being when you’re trying to give a company more business. The online tools are fine for basic tasks, but when it comes to customer service and follow‑through, there’s a lot of room for improvement.

I was delighted to relocate to Shayne Ward's Allstate office. They helped me select the life, home, and auto insurance plan that best suited my needs and budget by clearly outlining all of my options. Everything went smoothly, and I had the impression that they were genuinely concerned about getting me the appropriate coverage.

My husband has a car accident and a ticket on his record and finding good car insurance at a reasonable price was seeming impossible. Luckily Shayne saved the day! It was so easy working with him we switched our home insurance as well and saved bundling!
