I was with state farm over a year ago switch to progressive and then switched back to state farm haven't been back with them but 2 months and my premium went up already when I called Shawn answer and got extremely upset because I was frustrated my payment went up the conversation turned confrontational Shawn is very upset because I am sure many people call in with complaints but to take it out on someone that apparently thought you wasn't so bad that is why I came back is beyond me I will look for another company because I see now how you treat your customers... I have only spoken to you a few times Shawn and each time wasn't bad but thank you for the professionalism..Then he had the nerve to have his employee call me back which I like him he has always been nice and answered any questions
