Shannon and Hanna are awesome people at the State Farm agency. I moved here from another state they made my experience from transitioning my insurance from that state to here a breeze. I also found rent and they helped me find resource for the things that I needed. Shannon and Hanna I need my opion don't look at me as just a customer they treated me as friend. I don't go into there office just to pay a bill I go in say hi and communicate on what is going on in my life. They are awesome people I would recommend this state farm agency to everyone.

Shannon Brotherton has been my State Farm agent since moving to KY in 2008. Every claim we have had, she has been extremely helpful and answers all my questions. We just had a claim and I received the letter regarding the claim. I gave her a call and all I had to say was translate this letter for me. She explained it to were I understood. Told me all my options. Couldn't ask for a better agent!
