It is rare to find such an honest and ethical person. I have only one word that explains him. WOW. This insurance agent served us well for the past 5 years or so when we only needed minor assistance. Unfortunately, when we needed proper reassurance due to a serious and time-consuming incident, the response to my email, where I asked for feedback and advice, was a few sentences and not reassuring at all. Due to the long drawn out process (in part due to the adjustor) and lack of sincerity from our agent, we went another direction once the claim was settled. Am Fam eventually got the job done but it was stressful, exhausting and took months. Overall, we felt they could have handled the situation much better. I will miss the birthday phone calls from the sweet woman in the office though!
