Shanda Hayden: Allstate Insurance

I’ve have never been so insulted in my life. Shanda Hayden is extremely unprofessional. Today I contacted her office because my bill had increased drastically. I was greeted with rudeness, lied to about what was going on with my policy then and hung up on twice. If I could file a complaint I would because this is ridiculous. No one should be treated like this especially after being a loyal member for so many years!

I partially blame myself for this fiasco because I did not adhere to my strict rule of looking for referrals and checking reviews prior to doing business with a company. But I was so appalled at how State Farm handled my claim, after being a client for 25 years, that I rushed into this All State without thoroughly checking them out. Since I knew my current policies would be expiring within a few months, I started the process of calling various carriers in May. I settled on All State primarily because of the bundle (house & car) discount. However, I soon found out that paying attention to details is difficult for this All State location. Their inspector went to the wrong house…and reported that I needed roof repairs. Once I saw the picture, I immediately informed the rep that it was n

Communication is key. Shanda hit it right on the head. She isn’t stuck in the past - she uses all of her resources to get the job done. When I called, texted, or emailed she always answered and that’s important during these busy times. I appreciate all the money she saved me along with a seamless insurance change and home policy! Not one of those dreadful places to call when you have a question or need to file a claim. You aren't prompted to "press 1" for English! You are greeted respectfully by the knowledgeable staff. They can assist with answering all your concerns efficiently and effectively. They have many options to aid in lowering rates; The Hayden Staff will guide you from start to finish without placing you on hold for 20-30 minutes or transferring you to other departments throughout the process. it’s really unexpected to have such a good experience when it comes to insurance providers. The team at this office is great. They always reach out when there are better options available and they regularly check in to see how I’m doing. I would highly recommend this office for home/auto/life needs.
