Just about every interaction with this office has been unpleasant. They screwed up the date on our vehicle policy activation after we verbally confirmed it, and when we called back, they said to not worry about it and that we were covered anyway (it was a several week difference between activation dates). The main State Farm line said we were NOT covered. We would have been without insurance for weeks because of their error. This would have laid a huge liability on us if anything had happened, and it was only fixed because of the corporate line call. We also got turned down for homeowner coverage for some vague “upkeep” and “roof” issues on a house we JUST bought and that passed inspections with flying colors and no issues.
