We have never had a problem with them just wish insurance was cheaper fir as many many years we've been with them and our age you would think we could get insurance alot cheaper wish we could maybe ya'll can make changes on people who have been with your company that long and has home and several vehicles insured you would think they would have some reconsideration. I would like to see some changes on that. Never been late on payments either. 🤔

I believe the intent was not to renew my home insurance because I had made a claim for a roof fix but did not execute it. Nevertheless, I was never sent a renewal quote or sent any email regarding my home renewal. They just posted a cancellation date on the renewal date. No attempt from them to me to renew. You are the their best customer right up to the point where you file a claim. From that point, not necessarily a cancellation but no renewal. Typical insurance company; blacklisted after filing a claim. In my case a $1,700 roof leak. Did not pursue because deductible was too high. Understand that part but was still treated like I had Covid after that. No renewal quote and no renewal.

I've been with these guys for a couple years now and they have been awesome and understanding to my needs.The people are nice and attentive and. Have lots of patience..but like every company- There's that 1 person who has to be rude.if she'd first listen to the issue, she would know how to best direct you. I've had an issue like this 3 times with the same lady so instead of 5 stars, I'll give for 4 on acct of her customer service and the repeated actions. Other than that, I have no complaints. They worked with me on just abt everything. I didn't know how to do anything with insurance. They took the headache away and made me feel at ease and as if I am a customer who matters.. I'd definitely recommend them for your insurance needs.

Went to their office to see about switching my insurance first google maps had them in the wrong place. Then when i did find them i had to knock on the door because they only had one person there. Then when the lady did come to the door she asked how she could help i told her what i was wanting to do she told me she could only take some information and have someone call me back... if i wanted to do that i would have called allstate myself i want to actually talk to someone in person i guess they really aren't interested in my business...btw this was at 11am on a Monday.
