How anyone does business with this place or leaves good reviews is beyond me. The agent Ken will not take phone calls, does not return calls and only wants to communicate by email. Refused to even discuss the mistakes on my insurance certificate that he made. Had been an Erie customer for years but had to switch companies because of a complete lack of service, and other Erie agents won't rewrite an Erie policy. Thank goodness I didn't ever actually need help with a claim.

Ken is a great guy. Ive used him for about 7 years now and anything you need he will do it. His prices are fair and in my opinion erie is one of the best insurances out there. If you loose your insurance card and need it really quick he will email you new ones within seconds. thanks for all you do ken!

I've been using Ken for 15+ years. No complaints at all. He is very helpful, and gets you the best coverage for your money. I have referred many people to him over the years, and have never heard a negative thing in return. Stand up guy.

Been dealing with Ken since 2003. Been very happy dealing with them. Erie themselves can be a pain, but they really help to work on your behalf.

You’ll get hung up on, refused to be able to speak with the agent and given the run around. They took a payment out after my policy was canceled and then dodged our calls until I called from another number. Given an insane amount of attitude. Very nasty, very shady, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, in fact I’d strongly steer anyone away.
