M Mike Haslem has been my estate planning attorney for more than 20 years. He's kept my trust up-to-date and. Has kept me aware of any new laws. And make sure that my trust was totally. Covered with the new Law guidelines, I've recommended him to at least 2 friends that have had their trust written by him. And thanked me profusely for advising them to go and get it done by Mike. It put their mind at ease knowing that it was taken care properly and that they were covered and their family would have no worries.. I have also taken neighbors to Mikes informative seminars on estate planning and retirement.

Our experience with this company has not been as expected. Could not get information from the agent. Three times we requested contact information changed due to a move. That did not happen. When that created further communication problems with billing, it was turned around by the agent and made our fault. When companies make mistakes, (and I understand that happens) they usually fall on their sword and make it right. Not this group. We would not recommend Mike Haslam.

I can't recommend this company enough for your insurance needs. I had a bit of a unique situation getting a policy for the construction of our home. Mike and his team were more than helpful in finding a good policy that was both reasonably priced with good coverage. If you are in need of any services that SentryWest has to offer, they are the company to work with.
